SMS is the cheapest of the three by design — you connect your own SMS provider account, so we only ever charge a processing fee, never a markup on your carrier bill. Calendar invites carry the richest logic (ICS versioning, Zoom auto-registration), so they sit at the top.

Relative reminder scheduling times each reminder from when that specific person was added to the campaign, not from one shared campaign-wide clock — so someone who joins weeks into a rolling campaign still gets their own on-time reminders instead of missing ones that already fired.
Relative invite scheduling sends each invite on a per-invitee delay (5-minute increments, up to 4 weeks) instead of all at once — if the configured delay would land after the event has already started, the invite sends immediately instead of never.
