You never touch a compose window, but every message still leaves under your domain — so your deliverability and sender reputation stay 100% yours, never pooled with other nudgt customers.

Every invitee gets a real calendar invite, not just an email, personalized automatically, followed by up to five reminders on their own lead time across email and SMS. Edit the campaign later — new time, new link, new details — and nudgt sends every invitee a fresh invite with the update automatically, so nobody's left working off the old details.

In an encrypted, access-controlled database behind the same authentication that protects your account. There’s no email password to protect — your sending domain is verified by DNS records you publish yourself. Where a credential does exist, like your connected SMS provider account, it gets an extra layer on top: a dedicated secrets vault, isolated from the rest of your data and decrypted only in memory when a batch sends.

how long do you keep my data?

what's a workspace, and how is it different from a seat?

A seat is a person; a workspace is a segment of your account — its own configuration and its own connected sending emails, useful for separating teams, brands, or departments under one account. Seats, credits, connected emails, and concurrent campaigns are all pooled at the account level and shared across every workspace, not split per workspace. The one thing that is set per workspace is team roles — you can give a teammate access to every workspace or just the ones they need. Starter includes 1 workspace, professional 3, and business 5.

No — a background worker drains the queue in capped, per-provider slices instead of firing everything at once. Large lists just take a little longer to send; they never burst.

Yes. Editing a campaign sends every invitee a fresh calendar invite with the updated details automatically — you don't have to catch it or resend it yourself.

what about invitees who want to stop getting texts or emails?

Accepted Answer

Honoring that is on you, and the law requires it — under rules like the TCPA for SMS and CAN-SPAM for email, you're responsible for stopping messages to anyone who opts out. Since every send goes through your own verified sending domain and your own SMS provider account, opt-out handling runs through the same tools and settings you already use with that provider today.
